Both. ICTV's preference is program-based relationships — monthly recurring pickups, consistent volume, long-term terms. But ICTV also works with one-time sellers for grades they are actively purchasing.

ICTV purchases scrap fiber materials (OCC, mixed paper, newspaper, sorted office paper), non-fiber materials (rigid and film plastics including HDPE, PP, PS, LDPE, MRP, scrap PET, and scrap aluminum), and organics (food waste, packaged food, FOG, and organic processing residuals). ICTV does not purchase CRV beverage containers.

ICTV produces CalRecycle-aligned compliance reports covering: material types and quantities processed (short tons by grade), recycling and diversion rates expressed as a percentage by material stream, greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction metrics in metric tons CO2e, Zero Waste to Landfill documentation, and jurisdiction-specific compliance tracking under SB 1383, AB 1826, AB 341, SB 54, and SB 343. Reports are generated quarterly or annually, designed to withstand regulatory review by CalRecycle, internal corporate audits, and third-party ESG verifications. ICTV also produces compliance reports for businesses operating outside California, formatted for state requirements and internal sustainability reporting.
